I have OKUMA (HARDINGE, MORI SEIKI, GILDEMEISTER, NAKAMURA, MURATEC, MAZAK etc.) machine in my workshop, do you guys have the live tools for my machine?

Yes. But in order to provide you with the right tooling we would need to know more about your machine – turret type (VDI or BMT) and manufacturer (like Duplomatic, Sauter), DIN coupling (like DIN 5480, DIN 5482, Spur coupling IT, Spur coupling MT) etc. If you have already the same or similar tooling that fits your machine this will be very helpful to have a picture of it. Please also refer to the drawings and the measurements in the tables to figure out the right tooling.

How to use your search system?

Our search system is easy to use and is the task oriented. In some aspects it is even better that those of the popular search engines. It ignores the symbols that are not relevant and searches what exactly needed. Example:

Can you make a custom tooling?

Yes, we can make custom tooling but the custom orders are subject to the special terms and conditions. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions of Quotation/Purchase Order page.

How do I place an order?

Ordering a product from IMTE is easy and straightforward. Simply click on the item you wish to purchase, fill in the payment/billing and mailing details, and we will ship your order to the mailing address you have provided.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship internationally by mail/courier mail. You’ll be able to choose your shipping options before confirming your order. Be sure to review your shipping address to make sure that the information you have provided is complete and accurate.

When will I receive my order?

Your shipping address will determine when your order arrives. Once you place your order, we will inform you when to expect delivery. We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail.

Is there any warranty on the products I receive?

Yes. All our new products come with a standard one-year warranty that ensures products delivered will be defect-free and perform optimally for a full year from the date of delivery.

Can I return the items I just purchased?

We adhere to the highest standards of product quality. However, if you are not fully satisfied with the quality of a product ordered from us, we are happy to exchange the item for a replacement or issue a refund.

I need to cancel my order. How do I do that?

To cancel your order, simply go to “My Account” to access your cart. There you can view your order and remove items that have not yet shipped.

Are the prices displayed the final stock price? Are there sales tax? In addition to these prices?

All products are subject to sales tax. The prices displayed do not include tax. The final price will be listed at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number you can use to check the status of your shipment via mail/courier.
