BT-ER Milling Collet Chucks are most suitable for normal accuracy machining jobs including drilling, milling, reaming and tapping. ER Milling Collet Chucks give very good performance vs price ratio. BT-ER Milling Collet Chucks’ standard balance is 8000 rpm/G6.3. The runout accuracy of BT-ER Milling Collet Chuck’s bore taper is not less than 0.005 mm. The standard ER Milling Collet Chuck’s shank is 7/24 taper according to ISO-AT3 with surface roughness Rz 2.5. ER Clamping Nuts are balanced dynamically and allow higher speed of Milling Collet Chucks. There is a choice of smaller diameter ER Clamping Nuts designated as Type M. Please indicate when ordering.
CAUTION: In order to avoid damage – don’t tighten the ER Clamping Nuts on more than indicated maximum torques. Collets, pull studs, coolant pipes and spanners should be ordered additionally.
